They are really doing a lot to renovate this place into something special. My grandmother explained all the new events and activities they'll have access to once it's done. As a nurse working in home health, I have been to multiple facilities with varying experiences. Whenever I entered The Pearl at Boulder Creek, I was greeted with a friendly smile by everyone there, starting with the front desk staff, all the way up to administration. Christian in Sales was available for an impromptu tour of the community, which is absolutely gorgeous, by the way. Pleasantries were exchanged EACH time we encountered someone in the halls. As we left the area, there was a smile on the faces of the resident and their guest! Without a doubt, Christian is an asset to The Pearl!
The most compassionate staff. The coolest, most active seniors. This retirement community is anything but an old-folks home. There are so many advantages that come with living at the Pearl at Boulder Creek - the cuisine served in the restaurant, the activities and offerings scheduled daily, the lively community of some of the most interesting people you could ever meet... the list goes on and on. I can't wait for retirement so that I can move into The Pearl.
Came here to find a place for my grandma to possibly stay and the staff was absolutely amazing! They answered all my questions and provided a very positive environment. They are also currently renovating and it is going to look very beautiful!! Definitely recommend.
This is been such a positive experience. My mom was so reluctant to leave her home of 40 years (and we were all worried she would be unhappy), but the location, the grounds and mostly the people were so warm and wonderful that within a few months, this became her home. She was able to make her apartment comfortable and beautiful to live in. After 4 months she went back to visit her old home and within a week realized she didn't want to be there anymore, The Pearl was now truly her home, and her happy place. Best staff ever! Can't recommend this place highly enough!
