The staff truly goes above and beyond to care for your loved ones here. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for senior living for themselves or a family member.
I've had many friends who have had experiences with Pavilion's services. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. I've been very pleased to see how much peace of mind my friends have knowing everything is taken care of.
The director has the most non caring personality I have ever seen. They are not set up to deal with Dementia or Alzheimers patients in my words at all. The director could care less about any problems you bring to her attention. Her attitude was what do you want us to do, people fall all the time. What do you want us to do " tie them to the bed " was her comment to me. My mother has fallen three times that I know of in just a couple years. My mothers room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Bathroom smells bad also. New staff all the time, looks like a high turnover with them. If anyone knows the owners phone number please put it on here. I would love to tell him about his non compassionate director. I would like to put my mothers face as how it looks from what they call a fall.
My Grandmother is there and LOVES it! Super friendly staff, amazing food, and great company. Highly recommend taking your loved ones here!
