The facility itself has a nice vibe about it. With the state of the yard access control, and inpatient floors with fully functional staff I was impressed. I was there as an intern student, and I had a lot of help from the staff and administration. I learned a lot that day and get to meet the residence And the system in their daily life activities. All of the nursing assistance and registered nurses were a huge help and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this facility for any internship program.

Excellent care! The facilities are spacious and clean, they have the friendliest staff I've ever experienced in a healthcare facility, and they are located in a great neighborhood. My grandmother actually enjoys the meals provided for her, which makes an enormous difference in her comfort level. Bravo and thanks!
This was my first visit at your facility today. I worked at an Extended Care Center for 32 years as a Registered Nurse/Nursing Supervisor. Just from my observation alone, your set up, pt. Care area and pt.s room area was spot on. My relative was well cared for, comfortable and satisfied with her care. The staff was polite and professional. It was a pleasure to have visited your facility.
Today was my first time at The Pavilion at Queens for Rehabilitation . The location is close to public transportation by bus or train ( train 7). The facility looks very clean and it feels safe. Surprised me the announcements about recreational activities are very diverse, good for the residents. Staff are welcoming and they are willing to help you and give all the information that you need.
The staff was very caring and concerned. They went the extra mile for my father. Nurses are spectacular!
