My grandma has received great care here! The staff go above and beyond making sure all of her needs are met. She has enjoyed the food and has talked about how you would never know you were in a nursing home. Her stay has been wonderful and we have no complaints.

My mom was in rehab for strengthening and occupational therapy in the skilled nursing portion due to a UTI. While there we found she had a very aggressive cancer and ended up keeping her there for end of life care. The skilled portion was very good and we became very familiar with the nurses and CNAs. At that level there were some longer waits at times but staffing is a problem everywhere. She was cared for wonderfully and lovingly. Once she went into End of Life Care, they were phenomenal! They literally turned into Hospice and were the most compassionate, caring healthcare workers I have ever met. And because we were in their facililty they were much more available than hospice They genuinely cared for and loved my mom and they cared about the comfort and needs of all of us spending great amounts of time with us. They made sure I had everything I needed so I never even had to leave at the end. They didnt seem to mind all the traffic constantly coming and going to my mom's room. The head nursing administrator, social worker and head nurse did everything in their power to assure us all of a positive experience. They even sent a dish garden to my mom's funeral. I highly recommend this place if you are torn with what to do with your parents. They were such a blessing to us in such a difficult time.
Cannot begin to describe the level of compassion and care my two loved ones received over the last 10 months at Parkvue. It has been a difficult journey but the care they received in both the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities was critical in their respective journeys. The activities afforded to the residents are so beneficial to those who participate. I will never forget my father's face, while rocking out to a live concert by a golden oldies band. His visible joy will be with me for a long time. I can't thank the administration and nursing staff enough for all that they've done for our family-we are truly grateful.
Parkvue Healthcare Center has taken very good care of our mom for almost 9 months. She adjusted very well right from the start. Even with her six children all living nearby and one or more visiting mom each day, all of the staff are very friendly, professional and answers any questions promptly by any of us as to mom's care. The home is beautiful and has many activities for the residents if interested and common areas for visiting with larger family or friends. This facility was highly recommended by mom's personal physician and we couldn't be more pleased.
My mother-in-law has been at Parvkvue for over 5 years. We have experienced both the Assisted Living area, and now Memory Care. She has received compassionate and loving care. Parkvue keenly knows how to manage high-need elderly residents. The nursing and nursing aid care have been extremely patient, attentive and committed to caring for my mother-in-law's special needs. All the staff is exceptional, including the kitchen and dining room employees, always pleasant and positive. The office has proved to be knowledgeable in the inner-workings of insurance and Medicare. We have been extremely pleased with Parkvue Assisted Living and Parkvue Memory Care. We highly recommend them.
