The Palace Gardens in homestead is an exceptional facility that provided the best care in the world for my mom. At first we were hesitant about placing our mom in an assisted living facility, but after making a difficult decision to move forward, our family felt our mom was living with our new extended family. The love and care shown our mom is beyond words. The staff are exceptional and Viviana is loving, caring and moves mountains to ensure the family was always informed of our moms care/needs. Whenever we had questions or concerns Giulia the facility director, made herself available to all. Giulia runs the facility and always makes time for family members, she's fantastic. Her energy and leadership skills are visible throughout the facility, she leads a great team and ensures the facility always looks its best. I want to thank the Palace Gardens Team of employees for making my mom stay full of many happy memories. We love you guys and will always be eternally grateful.

The Palace has been an amazing home for my mother. The quality of care and support the staff provide to her has been outstanding. The administrative staff is always available to assist my mother or myself with any questions or requests we may have. The medical staff follows through with any and all medical issues my mother may have and they too follow up with a phone call to me providing detail information on my mother’s health status. The staff all around Palace including both activities and dinning areas are very caring and helpful towards my mother. All around the Palace has been a safe and loving environment for my mother.

They keep us informed of my mother's progress and any changes in her condition, allowing us to feel involved and reassured. The staff is always available to answer questions and provide updates, which has made this transition much easier for all of us. Overall, I highly recommend The Palace Gardens to anyone seeking a loving and supportive environment for their loved ones with dementia. Our family moved my mother to the Palace Gardens several years ago. The staff there is wonderful and took very good care of Mom, both while she was physically healthy and then as she experienced a decline in aging in her 90's. The daily activities for residents are well planned, the premises are very nice, and the kitchen staff do a terrific job at preparing lovely meals.
I want to give a shout out to Vivianna and the staff at Palace Gardens in Homestead. My younger sister Connie moved in there a few months ago. We researched the best places .It was a big family decision and we made it with some trepidation at first Her friend Kim told us that both of her parents were there and they loved it. It was the best decision we could have made. Connie is happy and thriving. There is a full calendar of events. She loves playing blackjack, listening to the musicians who frequent the place and attending the many special events. She loves the food, and her family and friends are always welcome.The place is pristine and it has a resort like atmosphere.They keep in constant contact with her son and daughter in law and give great feedback. Thank you from the entire family. You have an amazing staff!
