If you enjoy gaudy, ostentatious surroundings move to the Palace. If you like swimming in a dark dank indoor over chlorinated pool move to the Palace. If you are an alcoholic the Palace is perfect, there you can enjoy all you can drink every night of the week at happy hour where you’ll sit among the almost catatonic residents and make believe you’re having a good time. If you don’t mind spending exorbitant amounts for rent and are comfortable living in tiny quarters move to the Palace. If you love traffic sounds and constant blaring ambulance sirens move to the Palace. If you enjoy over cooked dried out food with fancy names move to the Palace. The Palace is a far cry from an independent living facility, it’s more like a nursing home. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig!

I am a resident of the Palace for the past ) years. I am very happy and proud to be part of the Palace family. The staff and management are incredible, very responsive and caring. The activities and food is like no other and the care is exceptional. I highly recommend the Palace. The care is very professional and skilled with nurses available at all time!
The Palace is a wonderful place to reside. From the everyday happy hour, the beautiful friends & family events (they definitely know how to throw a party!) to the wonderful staff that go the extra mile. Definitely recommend 100%

The Palace is quite frankly the best, there’s no other community in the United States like it. The Palace has been my home for the past 6 years. The food is fantastic, the activities are tailored to everyone and there’s a true sense of family amongst all the residents and staff. The young employees are like grand kids to us! I highly recommend it to anyone.
