I called today to assist in finding services for someone. Krista, in memory care, was dismissive. She refused to provide answers and told me, “our fees are like anyone else’s,” before hanging up on me after I clarified what she said. It's important to remember these facilities are where we entrust our loved ones, and we expect them to be treated with respect. If a simple exchange of information can’t be addressed without being disrespectful one might ask how your loved one is treated.

I would like to recognize the team of remarkable, empathetic, skilled therapists Led by Robert D’Elia. I was treated with empathy, consideration, all the while pushing me to my utmost. I entered the facility barely able to move my leg, after complicated hip replacement surgery. I left walking on a cane. My meticulous after care program was fully planned and implemented, Congratulation are certainly in order! Miriam Segal
Visited a relative here. On the surface the Osborn Pavillion looks very caring and involved in patient care.
Can’t speak to quality of care, but based on a conversation I had over phone with an employee I can say they were borderline racist and extremely rude. Hope it doesn’t speak for the kind of care provided to their residents because I feel sorry for them.
We moved our parents to The Osborn last year and they have had a wonderful experience. All of the places we toured, the Osborn Sterling Park is by far the nicest senior living community in Westchester County. The Rye campus is more than 60 acres of gardens. There is a pool and all kinds of activities. The Osborn is top notch!
