I am extremely disappointed with this facility. Most night shift “when management is away , the staff will play Week/ends are even worsts. If your unhappy with this facility.@ I want to trans fer to another facility, the top management ignores. You & Social orker if part time . Left messsges & never emy attempt to reach me has not occurred. Next hope is Direcyer of Nursing. They live your insurance and perks& don’t want you too live. I am calling patien rights. Love the family atmosphere!! Staff is friendly and really cares. The food is great. The building is getting a facelift and was pretty clean considering the construction in progress!! ♥️
Worse staff ever!! I can't speak for the night time staff, but the day time staff are always drunk and they're rude as hell. They care about no one but themselves. I wld never have my family member there again.
This place is disgusting. I’m sorry to say it but if your family or loved one gets placed on the second floor, administration is silently saying that they do not make the facility look good. The whole place is filthy but the upstairs is a whole different story of unsanitary. Residents go missing far too often. Staff are working under the influence. Administration feeds type 1 diabetics candy for breakfast without checking their dietary charts. Night staff fight like they’re on the street. Fecal matter is spread on the walls of upstairs residence’s rooms and are left there for over 3 weeks. I can go on. I cannot understand why this place hasn’t gotten shut down.
This location has been making changes in all aspects to give patients the care that they deserve.
