For a start, dealing with Lorraine, Director of Sales and Marketing and her staff was a pleasure. My 103-year-old mother-in-law loves her new home and all of the daily activities. Really enjoys 3 great meals a day. My wife has peace of mind, since her mom is receiving excellent medical care. My wife wishes we made this move earlier. It's been great.

Staff is extra friendly, clean, smells neutral, always nice activities happening, good music playing in the background, holiday themes & decor in the lounges & rooms are well maintained, newly updated. Hope for an MAJOR improvement in the quality of food. Other than that recommend for assisted living.
The staff at the orchards is always patient, compassionate, and attentive to my moms needs . Their positive attitude and ability to engage my mom in there many planed activities has made a significant difference in her daily life . Her room is always well cleaned and smells fresh .Thank you ❤️
We moved our Aunt from Sunrise Assisted Living in Shrewsbury only to be closer to family. Lorraine and Dianna at the Orchards Assisted Living made the move painless. Their professionalism and dedication to detail went above and beyond. Prior to the move the Orchards offered free transportation for our Aunt to visit and free transportation during the move. The entire staff at Orchards are always friendly , professional and available when needed. Our Aunt constantly tells us how happy she is there and how wonderful the place is. Glad we made the move for our Aunt. Kudos!
My relative recently needed to move into an assisted living facility. The staff at the Orchards was very supportive and helpful explaining the process, touring the facility, and expediting the move. The facility is spotless, roomy, and well decorated. The staff is friendly and caring. When I ask to get something done, it does get done. The food is good and there is a lot of activities. I highly recommend this facility.
