The staff at Opal is amazing. Transitioning my father to an assisted living facility was tough, however they made me feel comfortable leaving my father in their care. I would recommend anyone to send their loved ones to Opal. A great staff!

We had to quickly and unexpectedly move my father in law to Tallahassee late 2024 due to a terminal diagnosis. The Opal on Hermitage staff was very good to work with overall and we really liked the small, homey environment.
Wonderful staff! They were incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping our family. Highly recommended!

Brookdale Hermitage Boulevard has been Home for my mom, now 98, since the day she moved in. She has thrived there, and smilingly calls it her home when our extended family visit and ask her how she's doing. Mom has resided in two other facilities; The staff at BHB not only meets my hopes and expectations for making Mom feel safe, comfortable, cared for, heard, and appreciated, they continually exceed them. Thank you, Brookdale Hermitage Boulevard staff, for all you do for Mom.
