I stayed around 3 weeks here. Everyone was so friendly. I had a fractured wrist and broken ankle. The therapy team are fantastic! I now have my wrist cast off and the occupational therapist is helping me to regain the use of it My splint cast of 2 weeks was removed during my stay and I now I was have an air cast This enables me to have therapy on my ankle. I now can wiggle my toes, move a cloth with My toes and waving my foot at the ankle. This is preparing my foot for when I can put weight on it. The staff is very friendly. Food is great !

Disappointed is an understatement for the level of care that my mom received at this facility. It looks nice from the outside, but on the inside it is a real hellhole. This place seems to be highly understaffed and highly mismanaged. As a result the facility reeks heavily of urine and other unidentified unpleasant smells. With that said, all staff was not bad. However, in a facility like this there is a portion of the staff that can tolerate working in a pig sty and those that realize quickly and know to get the heck out fast! I saw a good staff member quit one day while I was visiting. I bet it weighs heavily on someone when watching this type of suffering go down on a daily basis due to understaffing and poor management. It sure did weigh heavily on me as a visitor. It is shocking to me that a place like this can remain in business. It really is an absolute shame.
My family is very thankful for the care my grandma receives daily. The residents always have something to do with great activities. My grandma who is on the memory care at The Oaks has her bad days when dementia makes for bad days, the staff is always caring and compassionate. A huge shout out to the staff at The Oaks.
Literal nightmare fuel! Supposedly this is the best in town, but I am ashamed I encouraged my mother to stay here. Understaffed and unclean seem to be understatements. If I were to design a place to induce depression, it would be the oaks. My experience here has encouraged me to update my living will so that I never end up at a place like this
I'm very thankful for my mothers care .I'm glad she gets to go on outing and get out and enjoy some fun things. She can have some bad moments but everyone is kind and understandable with her. Shout out to the legacy lane people.
