I have enjoyed the atmosphere .I enjoy eating in the dining room and visiting with my friends. It's nice to come into my room and it has been freshly cleaned for me. Those sheets are washed and returned. There are many fun activities. I would like to nominate Birdie as employee of the month.

The Oaks became home for my parents 6 months ago. It is a very loving community, where my father gets the individualized care he needs in Memory Care. Mom has benefitted from incredible support of the Memory Care team as well as Dad’s hospice team, allowing her a level of comfort unknown before now. Mom is far more active and lives within the Assisted Living community, where genuine friendships come easily. With great food, fun & meaningful activities, Mom enjoys the things that matter most in this stage of life. The Oaks has made the complexities of caring for aging parents easier than we ever imagined. I feel joy and gratitude knowing that my parents experience laughter, compassion and peace each day.
Eddie and the entire staff have been helpful with selecting and transitioning my grandmother into the community. It seems to be a very safe and clean space for my grandmother to stay.
Eddie gave us the most wonderful tour! He is informative, kind, and a good listener. It’s obvious he wants to customize your experience at the oaks to your loved one’s needs! The facility is lovely and everyone on staff is so friendly! We had a very positive feeling about this place!
We moved my dad in today and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate every single team member we’ve encountered so far. The staff has been so incredibly helpful with various issues and so welcoming to my dad. From finding people for him to eat with at his first meal to finding someone else from his hometown, they have gone out of their way to welcome him. I was almost in tears watching my grown up dad almost giddy at all the happenings because we happened to move in on a party day and they made sure he attended. I would highly recommend The Oaks to anyone looking for assisted living!
