825 Carillon Dr, Bartlett, IL 60103, United States
This place has gone downhill since new owners took over in Nov 2024. My mom was there for an extended period of time under skilled nursing care. They are terribly under-staffed. Patients have to wait a very long time to be tended too. The food quality has diminished, for example, my mother got one sausage and one piece of dry toast for breakfast. They don't clean and sanitize properly, especially in semi-private rooms. The first day my mother arrived, they had her flat on her back on a bed that didn't work. She couldn't eat or drink water, until I arrived and asked for accommodating her. The managers don't properly engage the family and keep them abreast of treatment plans. Upon discharge, I had to request a list of medications and times administered. Not to mention, they lost the legs on my mom's wheelchair, costing us additional funds. If you care for your family members, this is not the place to send them.

LOVE this community! Ive been to so many other facilities and you can tell the staff here has a positive influence on residents. They have so many activities, beautiful common areas, and nice choice of apartments to choose from. You can tell the residents are taken care of and happy!
I highly recommend The Oaks at Bartlett, the team is passionate when it comes to assisting families and resident. What is nice about the community is families don't have to worry about moving because of change of condition they can transition to the next level of care. If you are looking for Independent, Assisted Living, Memory Care or Long Term Care. The Oaks at Bartlett is the place to go.
My mom has been a resident of the Oaks at Bartlett for more than two years on the Assisted Living floor. It was time to move her to Memory Care. I am so grateful for Jacques, the director of those floors, and Tracy, the nurse manager. They were both instrumental in making this transition as easy as possible for my family and my mom. The Housekeeping Director, Sara, and both of the Porters, Louis and Bill, were outstanding! All of the staff were caring and patient with this whole situation. The other staff were amazing as well, from the nurses and resident assistants that helped transition my mom to her new environment. Thank you all for caring about people and their families!
Before choosing the Oaks, I looked at several retirement communities. Some were impersonal or unfriendly. Others were like big hotels - nice places to visit but you wouldn't want to live there. A friend suggested The Oaks At Bartlett. When I walked through the front door, I knew "This is the place for me". After 11 years, I wouldn't be anywhere else.
