It looks like the only real reviews are all bad and the employees gave 5 star reviews so the incompetence doesn’t look like what it is. Shame on y’all!!!! Do better so you don’t have to lie- as in actually rectify the situations with kindness. Retaliation fears for the people who enable your salary and actual timely care look like real problems for this place. Never forget that YOU TOO will be elderly, if you live so long so respect is supposed to be a given. YOUR NAME ALONE says you’re supposed to answer to a higher authority(believe it or not)… and HE IS WATCHING. Assisted living means help them live, not wait for them to die! The ONLY correct response is to fix the issues silently so please say nothing here….. I WILL rebut all falsehoods and phoniness said in response exposing the falseness because it is earned by these fake reviews but the thing is, when you’re doing right, you don’t have to lie or cover your tracks as was done with the silent 5 star reviews… Seriously!!!!

My grandmother says they dont change her for hours. They leave her there for 4-5 hours without changing her. And they act upset at her when they're about to change her as it it's her fault. They have no one around that attends her that speaks Spanish. They also don't give her therapy. I'm planning to call the city and report this place and relocate her. It's very sad. She also fears complaining due to retaliation.
