Today we made the difficult decision that our father needed to go into an assisted living facility. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff at this assisted living facility treated me and my father as we entered this new world. Not only did they involve other residents and the employees there to welcome us They did everything they could to make our transition as positive and loving as could be. I am forever, grateful to the whole team for their love and support today and look forward to my father continuing to live at this wonderful place. We are very fortunate to have found a safe, clean loving environment while we go through this very difficult stage of our lives. The Meridian of Carolina Lakes has provided an environment that allows the families as much or as little involvement in the care of their loved one while keeping them safe, clean and calm. This is for Lauren, she is a wonderful care giver. She takes such good care of her patients and they love her. She has a wonderful personality and is so loving and caring. Yall are really lucky to have such a caring person working with your company. Thank you Lauren for caring so much for your people you are caring for, they love you.
I was a previous resident of Lauren Kirk and not only did she work extremely hard to get me into the apartment I wanted but she also showed incredible customer service. Whenever I needed anything or a maintenance request she would always help and then follow up afterwards. The Meridian is very very lucky to have her on their team!
My mother is a resident at Watercrest in Indian Land and although I was very nervous and going through all of the emotions of sending mom to an assisted living home I feel that I could not have picked a better place! The executive director Tammy Mullins was more than amazing to say the least! She was there through the whole process of moving mom in and even checking on me after I left mom and to reassure they were going to take great care of her and that is exactly what they are doing! All of the staff at Watercrest is amazing and I feel comfort in knowing that she is being well taken care of and watched after!! A special thank you to Tammy Mullins for being a great lead to your team and taking my mom’s health and safety into your own hands! Mom loves it here and I love all the new stories she has to share of her daily adventures at Watercrest and the loving memories she is making with Tammy and the staff. I would recommend Watercrest to anyone looking for a great home for your loved ones were you will feel comfort in knowing they are receiving the best care possible and were they will spend the best years of their life!
