Lisa Scott and the team of caring professionals at The Marsh were very helpful and compassionate during our mom’s move. What could have been an incredibly stressful and emotional process was made much easier by them. Lisa went above and beyond for us in getting the medical records transferred and making sure that mom’s room and the team were ready for her arrival. I can’t say thank you to Lisa and the team enough! Most importantly, mom is happy in her new home! We can rest easier having her in this safe and caring environment. I couldn’t recommend them more!!

My aunt has been at this facility for about 2 years. She has been in other facilities and I have found the staff at the Marsh to be very caring. My aunt has had some medical issues and the staff has always contacted me so the issue could be addressed. All facilities have problems but I have found that The Marsh is willing to listen and handle as best they can. Taking care of my family is very important to me & I feel it is important to the staff also.
My family member has had very good care at the Marsh. I believe that from management to the entire staff they have the residents’ best interest at heart. It is wonderful to see the many family events they provide throughout the year. I would highly recommend the Marsh for your ones. Janice
Poor management! VERY negligent. The ED, Constance, doesn’t know her residents at all. This is not the facility you want your parents or any loved one residing. Residents treated VERY poorly and so are the employees. One of the newer facilities yet many unlawful procedures are already in place. Customers paying high dollar for no perks whatsoever, no outings , food sucks(as menu repeats constantly), and more. I recommend taking your business elsewhere preferably somewhere that won’t kill your love ones off or jeopardize their health.
I’ve observed the care and the staff at the marsh and am very pleased! I loved that Carla the front desk employee was very welcoming to me as I enter the building as well as Lisa who assisted me in navigating the building. Thank you for your care to the community.
