My mom had a stroke an started her rehab there. Worst decision my siblings and I could’ve made. The staff didn’t assist with my mom well being at all. She would pressed the button for someone to assist her to the bathroom, no one never showed up. My mom fell out the bed day two of being there in that facility, 4th day of visiting my mom, she fell out the wheelchair apparently hit her head on the floor , bust her lip and NO ONE never called us or called the EMS to have my mom seen at the hospital. When I arrived an Saw my mom I lost it. When I confronted the nurse/ staff members I was told me my mom fall wasn’t an emergency I let everyone in that facility have it. Me and my siblings gathered up my mom belongings at that very moment. My mom is currently in the hospital due to her fall there. Them ppl that work there are very unprofessional, they don’t care about the elderly people there. It’s all about a paycheck. Move your love ones out of there Please !!!!!

This facility does an amazing job. The amount of respect I see for the patient and family is incredible. The staff are all respectful, courteous and kind. Everyone from CNA, RN, admin, housekeeping, social work and dietary are on the same page-taking great care of the patients. The facility is clean, organized, safe.
I'm a new employee. I started the last of January 2025. And I love my new work environment. As well as the lovely Employees and Residents. Look forward to working for The Manor of Farmington Hills in the present and future.
My grandfather was placed there for rehab for a short period of time. They tried to get him to stay long term but my family refused so they put him in a horrible room the size of a closet and we discharged him. When we went back to get his belongings all of a sudden they couldn’t find any of it and asked us to fill out a complaint form. If you actually love your family member do not send them there.
I really loved the Nurses and the CNA's they really took great care of my mom. Mark and Courtney in rehab thanks for your patience and not giving up on Carrie. Antwanette, Clovice, Rita, and Danyale a big thank you. The gentleman who cleans up is amazing. He had his anniversary and was so happy.
