Do not put anyone in this place. They have Covid through out building and didn't stop outsiders from entering and visiting. Shower areas are freezing cold. Medication mixups among patients. Only good thing here are a few good PT people in the rehab area. Truly...stay away

Avoid having your loved one's stay at this facility at all cost! While there are caring and compassionate individuals who work here, the overall care and treatment of patient and family is extremely poor and unsafe. Our 81 year-old Mother's stay in this facility was around 30 days. She would have never been in the Manor this long if she did not contract VRE - a facility contracted condition, and a Medicare tracked quality issue - while there. Mom could only have contacted VRE due to poor hygiene practices at the facility. Mom subsequently grew weaker from the persistent infection and required a heavy dose of antibiotics. This was a facility caused event that eventually contributed to her death.

They are only getting one star because Iris , Nicole and the rehab staff who were very kind and helpful because other wise they would get zero stars This place is an absolute joke!! My dad came and was doing well and then was slowly declining and it was left unattended and unnoticed until we advocated and got him back to the hospital then they call us saying they will not be accepting him back because they don't agree with him being brought back to the hospital!! Oh really?!? That's why he is currently admitted in the hospital having his lung drained and may need a tube inserted in his chest because his lung is collapsed!! They have the nerve to say they won't be taking him back!! We wouldnt put him back there !!! The place should be shut down do yourself a favor and explore other options for your loved ones because they dont care! This place is disgusting!!
