I wouldn't give this place a one star if I could but I had to give them at least a one star. Staff is very unfriendly there. They laugh in your face. I have been going there to see my friend for a year now, and all of a sudden they said yesterday, February 27th, 2024 that she was sleeping when I went to see her at 4:20. Then I said I'd be back after supper. Two women said okay. I got back around 6:15, and 4 of them who were smoking outside came up to me, and said I couldn't see my friend. They were laughing at me. They said she had a bad day, so to call next time. They said that before I left at 4:20, she was having a bad day. I called today and they hung up on me as soon as they knew who I was asking for. Then one women said stop calling because I called 4 times to see why they were being so rude. They told me to call from now on to see how she is doing. I called today February 28th, and one lady said her name was Fred. Laughing too about it. Now they told me not to call anymore or to come over. They lied to me yesterday, saying her sister wasn't her guardian. A women from DHHS was her guardian now. I have been telling them I'm going to get DHHS involved. I don't think they liked that. I have seen a few workers raising their voice to the residents there. Not a good nursing home. I don't recommend them at all! They need new people there who are kind and polite. They act it at first, but that is it.

The Lodges were great to my mom during her 3 plus year stay. She recently died. They went out their way to take care of both her and me. The staff was very caring. It was like they were losing a member of their family. I can't thank them enough

Bad management, people only want a paycheck. Nobody wants to do anything. Residents are not taken care of
