This place is the worst! My grandmother was there and we are so glad we got her out and transferred her. She ended up back in the hospital with bed sores and a UTI with sepsis due to neglect of staff. The staff was rude and snappy when asked a simple question. A male nurse there had the worst attitude. A few times she did not get breakfast & lunch. The call button don’t help it takes a while. You have to go track someone down. This is beyond ridiculous & unacceptable! These patients don’t deserve this. Different ones from our family had to go sit with her to make sure she was getting cared for. Luckily she has family that can advocate for her. The place is beautiful and spacious however their care for patients is the worst. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I am truly impressed with the level of care and attention to detail provided. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, always making sure residents feel comfortable and well cared for. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming environment. The nurses and aides are not only skilled but also compassionate, which really makes a difference in the overall experience.
Me and my family would like to show appreciation to Tamika from medical records and Tiffany for going above and beyond over the weekend to ensure my uncle Was able to attend funeral services for his wife especially being as though it was her off day. This has made us more confident in the lodges employees compassion and willingness to put others first.

Highly recommend this place!! My grandma stayed here and while she was there, the staff was absolutely amazing with her. They made sure she was taken care of and got her medication right on time. Every time I would visit, everyone was amazing and helpful.
