I was just there on Easter 2025 to pick up my loved one. It took 15 minutes for someone to let me in. Only one person there again. Never seen this guy before. He was not dressed like a certified caregiver. Didnt see the other person that should have been there. Theres been a few times I've came and only one worker has been there. These last few months they have been going through a lot of changes and caretakers This is unacceptable. I hate to have to contact Ombudsman for the Elderly if they can't get the help this place needs.

I’ve had the BEST experience with both the staff and the residents here. I brought my mom here in the hopes that Bristol heights would provide a home style environment for her while receiving top tier memory care. These folks definitely delivered. I’ve spent time with the residents here and they all seem happy and loved. The staff are some of the most compassionate people I’ve ever come across. They’ve done in 2 months time what other facilities could not accomplish. Making my mom feel like she’s with family 24/7. They are easy to communicate concerns with and quick to accommodate any discomfort or fears I’ve had. Mom has never been better! All my gratitude is owed the staff and administration at Bristol Heights I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place for their loved one.
My 92 year old mother moved from a senior independent living apartment until she felt the need for more daily help with her personal care needs. S now lives at The Lodge at Bristol Heights. She loves the staff and all that they help her with. They consistently check with her to meet her needs. Her room is very comfortable and warm. The building is new and kept very clean and organized. They live up to all that is promised. Bristol Heights is a very nice senior care assisted living environment and my mother recommends it for anyone.
The experience my family has had at The Lodge at Bristol Heights has been extremely positive. I appreciate the good communication I have with Bobbi. She is quick to respond to questions I have and diligent about reaching out to me often. The facility is lovely and very well kept. I am grateful to have been able to utilize The Lodge for my loved one.
I would recommend The Lodge at Bristol Heights as the administrator and staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Since I live 300 miles away I am comfortable leaving my 99 year old mother in their care. I have visited often and see the care given to all residents. They genuinely care.
