I have a very close friend who has been with the lodge for over 5+ years, so with that being said I’ve personally gotten to know the staff and they’ve been so generous in inviting me to multiple events and be apart of the lodge family. I don’t personally have anyone in my life who is benefiting from Living Assistance but I pay attention to what I hear and see and I can say with a hand over my heart that the Current staff available at the lodge are some of the most hardworking, patient, passionate, and most importantly intelligent people I would want to leave a loved one with. I love these people nobody’s perfect but the lodge is damn near close when it comes to assisted living.I don’t want to come off as bias, but they’re doing a damn good just, I’ve seen it myself.

My dad has lived here for the last 12 months. I could not be more HAPPY about the care and attentiveness of the staff. They have always addressed any concerns promptly that I have had. My dad has made so many new friends in this community too. I am especially pleased with all of the social events that the administration plans to really improve on my dad's quality of life.
I wanted to start by saying that the property staff working at this facility is EXTREMELY RUDE to delivery drives ! There was a cleaning lady maybe Mexican or caucasian with red eyebrows that was rude to me while delivering groceries to a resident. The way that she spoke to me was unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable! If she talked to me like that I wonder how she talks to the residents there. I wonder if she also tells them to not scratch the walls with their walkers ? To any one with parents leaving here I would check on them see if they are getting the best treatment because places like this abuse their residents.
My mother lived at The Lodge for just under 3 years. We had previous positive experience with other Five Star Living (the parent company) facilities. The staff is wonderful and responsive. No place is perfect, but any concerns we ever had were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Denise and her crew to a wonderful job -- my mom loved it here and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to properly provide a safe and caring living arrangement for aging parents.
My Dad has been a resident for just over 2 years. Overall, I am impressed with their staff. All are kind and caring & staff turnover is low. Sandra, who is on their cleaning team stands out - she has alerted me to difficulties I would otherwise have been unaware of and always has a smile and kind words for everyone.
