The activities and recreation offered is well planned with much dedication. It’s a beautiful center with interior decoration that is bright and calming with a gorgeous landscaped patio area. Clean and spotless at all times. Everyone at Lilac shows on a daily bases much care and compassion from the receptionist, health care providers, CNAs to the administrator. Patches the dog mascot of Lilac and kitty cat in the patio area bring a lot of joy to Lilac residents as well. The facility is beautiful and very clean . The staff look after the residents as if they were family. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for top notch rehab therapy and nursing care. Shoutout to the Director of Rehab who answered all of our questions in a professional manner.
I am very pleased with the service at The Lilac at Silver Palms. From day one we felt very welcome and reassured to have my aunt here. The staff truly cares about everyone and treats everyone with kindness and respect. My aunt has been here for a few months now and it’s clear she’s receiving incredible care. The property is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. They keep us informed, which is a big relief. Plus, they have lots of activities and social events, so my aunt has something to keep her engaged and happy. What I really like is how the staff goes the extra mile to make personal connections. My aunt has made friends here and feels at home, which is so important to us. If you are looking for a place where your loved ones will be well taken care of and treated like family, I highly recommend The Lilac at Silver Palms. This facility is one of the BEST! It’s clean and the care is great. Also the Admissions Team is the best with explaining and helping my family to get an insight on what to expect with my dad coming to this facility. They are the Best Team
A beautiful facility. I got a chance to see a party they hosted for the patients and I could tell the care a lot about their patients. Didn’t feel like a nursing home. Good job they are doing
