My living experience here at the Legends of Champlin has improved greatly compared to what it was before. The Legends of Champlin is a clean and well cared for property. The maintenance crew are very helpful and responsive. Maintenance needs are seen to and taken care of in a very expedited manner. The Legends of Champlin is a pleasant place to live.
During my husbands death 50 people attended the celebration of life service from the legends and continue to ask how I am doing. I am so grateful for the friendship and love. The games,card playing,socials and spiritual and a bonus for both of us then and now. I have never felt cramped in the size of the apt so ample room. Don't hear any noise so sound proof is great. The staff is always helpful. Have enjoyed living here since opening. The cupboards placement could have been lower as I am so short.
I have lived here at Legends going into my second year here, and I love it! My apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The residents that live here are so welcoming and friendly. This place is a constant breath of fresh air compared to my previous apartment. And let me tell you about the amazing!!! staff here; Shannon the manager, and Loren the assistant manager are the Best!!! So nice, friendly, and informative.Eric and and the other maintenance man, which I can't remember his name are top notch, always on top of my maintenance request.The building is well kept and so clean. It has so many amenities to offer, there is also shopping, and eateries close by. I thank God for my apartment everyday, and I pray that this is my FOREVER HOME. I encourage anyone looking for Senior Living to apply here, It was and is a Great!!! Choice for me. I Love it!
My family stayed in the guest suite while visiting my gram. We stayed for an entire week and greatly appreciated the amount of money it saved us on an already expensive visit. It was easy to plan our outings each day being so close.
