The staff (Angie, Brian and all maintence workers) have gone above and beyond to be accommodating & understanding when challenges have arose. Example: Angie advocated for me when I was out of town for a period of time and she got my car back from a tow truck that unlawfully took my vehicle from the complex. The apartment main areas are always beautifully well kept and very clean. They are strict/firm and I appreciate that because I always feel they are doing so to keep their residences feeling safe. I would highly recommend this living facility to anyone who is looking to be cared for by staff and know they will take great care of your parent or family member. The team has great & clear communication with all residence with no discrimination upon circumstances of age, gender, ethnicity or ability.

Nice apt. Good friends. Only thing I need is a lower mailbox, in a wheelchair and have to have someone get my mail. Sad that they can't help me to get one lower. A safety issue when I try to stand and get mail out. Nothing to hold onto and don't want to fall !!!
Be prepared to pay $244 for no reason, as they will tow your car even if you have a parking pass. This is proof of my situation; I took a picture before picking up my car from the towing company.
Don't bother living here. Dominium Management doesn't really care about the tenants. Nor do they care about the management team taking care of their property. Nice apartments & location. Used to love it here, but no longer!
Shameful Management - on March 7th, 2025 management decided to plow the lot without giving door to door letter notice like they typically do. They put notices on snap frames near the entry way like anyone was supposed to notice that. Everyone nearly had their car towed and lots of people did! Management is trying to Sabotage its residents and it’s absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT MOVE HERE
