What can I say about Legacy at Walton Overlook. It's the best place to live. They give us so many amenities every month like brunches, birthday parties to card making classes and creative card classes. We also have a chance to exercise, have Bible studies each week and resident prayer sessions. They even supply a laundromat if you don't have the hook-up in your apartment. The staff is #1. They are polite, courteous and attend to all our apartment needs. When you call maintenance they come out within 1-2 hours after we put the request in. They keep our grounds spotless, planting beautiful flowers and shrubs around the building, and even have the gardeners plant herbs for us. They mop our breezeway and touch up paint where needed. Who wouldn't want to live in a beautiful place like Legacy at Walton Overlook?
I have lived in the Legacy at Walton Overlook for three years. I would highly recommend the complex to any senior citizens looking to down size. This is a well maintained complex with many amenities to suit the senior life style. Structured activities for the occupants as well as resident planned activities. I have found that they take the safety and happiness of the residents seriously. Lastly the office and maintenance staff are excellent and responds quickly and efficiently to any concern that may arise..
Last Tuesday, my husband and I had the pleasure of touring Legacy at Walton Overlook. As we drove up the hill toward the parking lot, I mentioned that “this community is very inviting”. As we approached the front door, Ms. Miranda Sanders gave us a warm welcome. As we toured the lobby, got on the elevator and entered the 1 bedroom apartment, she was very thorough in helping to convince us to make Legacy at Walton Overlook our home. We immediately asked to be put on the priority waiting list. We are looking forward to living here, once we are offered an apartment. Vera James:-)
We moved here to the Legacy of Walton Overlook 3 years ago. The management team, is always is always extremely helpful, professional and courteous. There's always plenty to do on any given day. The complex is beautifully maintained. The Legacy at Walton Overlook is everything (and more) that we were looking for! You won't be disappointed!
