The staff are rude and unhelpful, she is the nurs or med tech , I’m not sure who you are but you can’t just yell at people like crazy , you are not my boss , you didn’t pay me a damn to do my job , if you want someone to do something for you than you have to talk with respect. The way you act and talk to me look like crazy woman who has no education, behave yourself next time and listen to people first before you open your bad mouth to talk. also the receptionist is rude and unfriendly. This place is unpleasant to come . Bad staff , bad behavior. Who doesn’t know how to respect another person.

We took a tour of Sodalis today and I thought it was amazing! It is a beautiful community. Kelly was very nice and went our of her way to make us feel comfortable. She gave us all the information we needed, and we decided we definitely want our grandmother to reside in this community. We feel that we can rest our current worries knowing that she is being taken care of by people who love their job! We are very excited to join the family!
I’ve toured several times, met many of the residents and staff members. Not only is it beautiful, but everyone I’ve met and talked to are wonderful individuals.
Had a wonderful experience with Sodalis. Everyone made me feel so comfortable while I was searching for a place for my grandfather. We both loved the experience we received and the staff is so compassionate with the residents and resident guests! Kelly went above and beyond for us and made us feel like family. They gave me peace of mind during a difficult time and I can’t thank them enough!!
Sodalis Oak Hill (southwest Austin, Texas) is an excellent caring assisted living facility. I’m proud of the generous, caring and professional way they have been taking care of my 98 year old mother. I highly recommend them compared to many other facilities that I’ve personally visited.
