My dad, who has Alzheimer's, was recently transferred to The Laurels of Willow Creek for rehab. He spent about two weeks there recovering and regaining his strength, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care he received. Every staff member was professional, consistent, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. The aides Wanda, Laura, Kathleen & Connie were patient, kind, and helpful, making sure my dad was comfortable and well cared for. The physical and occupational therapists Ted and Claire were absolutely wonderful, successfully helping him get back on his feet. Seeing the level of dedication and support from everyone at the facility gave me great peace of mind. I would absolutely consider The Laurels of Willow Creek again if we ever need their services in the future. Highly recommend!

I recently had the privilege of receiving care at The Laurels at Willow Creek following a broken hip, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Tina, whose warm welcome immediately eased my fears about the days ahead. Her kindness and attention to detail, such as ensuring I had everything I needed and even volunteering to keep the bird feeder outside my window filled with seed, truly made a difference in my recovery journey. Similarly, Lana's thoroughness and compassion in checking in on me regularly further enhanced my comfort during my stay. The entire staff at The Laurels at Willow Creek exhibited professionalism and friendliness, with some going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Special thanks go to Ted, my physical therapist, whose expertise and dedication were instrumental in preparing me to return home feeling confident and capable. He listened to my goals and crafted a personalized rehabilitation program that addressed my needs perfectly. Despite the facility not being the closest to my family, we unanimously agree that it was the right choice for my recovery. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at The Laurels at Willow Creek for their exceptional support and care throughout this challenging time. Mr. Clarke

My brother stayed at The Laurels for about a year. The staff is professional and took great care of my brother. When I visited my brother, he was clean, dressed, fed and involved in an activity. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff kept me informed of any changes with my brother. I would recommend The Laurels to anyone who needed to send their loved one to long term care.
The caregivers working here are professional, compassionate and engage with residents on a personal level. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. They try to keep the residents active and socially engaged. The staff members (Stacey, Ashley, Ginny) are always communicative about any updates or concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility to families looking for quality care.
