My mother stayed here for rehab and PT after leaving Mission Hospital. The staff, and the facility were great! Thank you!!
I could have not asked for better care for the time I was there. (nearly 3 months)The staff were very pleasant and the Rehab. team was great. I had a very pleasant stay and Thanks to everyone who cared for me.
Mother-in-law came here for rehab. The rehab part was good. Several nurses and CNA’s are excellent. After rehab is another story. Not good at all. I only gave a 3 star because of the people there!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would unfortunately you have to give them at least 1 star to review so here I go…..first off I wanna say the residents there were so sweet and I will miss them . Now there are a lot of issues there and it mostly Came from the 400 hall medtech while I was there . I only stayed 6 days, normally people don’t last that long but I very much understand why they leave . I didn’t work with a lot of CNAs or med tech there so I’ll only speak of the one I had to work with on 400 hall from May 28-June 4th. Let’s start with the fact the 400 hall medtech kept asking me to give medicine to the residents I told her I didn’t feel comfortable but she said I would be fine and just kept on . So I did what I was told because she treated us like she was the boss . Second the 400 hall medtech would always say things to me like your not coming back are you ? And I never responded back just gave her a look of why she saying this because she was just only assuming . I barely spoke to her because she was so nasty and rude. Now on top of all that she was very sick from my first day into the next week, she never covered her mouth when she coughed or sneezed. Barely washed her hands and went to one of the residents room who we all needed to wear a mask, gloves, and gown but she never did and never washes her hands when she come out of that room only sanitized her hands sometimes. But what made me walk out yesterday was the fact that one of our coworkers grandma was coming there to stay, and my coworker that I work with on 400 hall (who is amazing worker I will miss working with her!!) wanted to know was his grandma a one person or two person lift, so I said we should ask him. And out of no where the 400 hall med tech yells not talks out loud but yells at us if I was him and you asked me that I would be so fkijg mad at yall . So we just looked at her and asked him anyway, and he responded yea she a two person lift so we thank him and I looked back and said see he didn’t get mad . But she then started yelling at me in front of residents and there families that were all in the hallway watching all this going down . Instead of stooping to her level I just got my bag and water bottle and left . And as I was leaving the hall I could still hear her yelling at me yeah you should go home ! The 400 hall medtech doesn’t need to be in the position shes in she thinks she the boss and can talk to coworkers how ever she see fit. Well now I see why there’s a high turnover there , with people like her no one will ever stay and take that kinda of abuse… she needs to grow up you know who you are 400 hall med-tech from may 28-June 4 2024……do not work there it’s a childish people with drama filled toxic anger. The more they let people like her mistreat the employees there it will never get better . Good for me there were lots of witnesses like my coworkers I worked with and the housekeeper manager and two of the residents families all out in the hallway seen it all go down . I called many times to the administrator knkw what happened and why I left but I wasn’t surprised he never returned my calls … very toxic behavior from the employees and the administration don’t care what happens to the residents until the families complain…
