I just want to thank everyone at the Laurels of Steubenville for taking such good care of my sister-in-law Jackie and even when her boyfriend comes in everyone is good to him! The staff is very caring very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions I might have. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful ! I want to thank Rachel for all her help ,Janna The administrator of the Building for just being there to help support. Michael from admissions and all the people from activities and physical therapy. I am grateful that Dante takes the time to make sure she goes to therapy or activities and even to the dining room for her meals. It’s very nice to see the residents interact with the staff at meal time in the dining room . Thank you everyone.

My Mother was in the Laurels for three weeks for rehab. What an amazing job they did. She was helped tremendously and is now home again. She was treated extremely well. The staff is unbelievable, caring and helpful. The place is so clean it is hard to believe. Can't say enough about the care my Mom received. Great Job by all concerned. The place to have your loved ones if they must be cared for in this manner. Thank you The Laurels!
The building is nice. But that doesn't matter to a patient. The meals were very skimpy. While some people got extra treats cookies, etc. My Mom never saw anything extra. I took her almost all her meals, and one of the older nurses was mean and rude. She just glared at you. The aides were great.
Visited the facility recently and was extremely impressed with how clean and tidy it was. Every staff member and caregiver I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. The dietary manager spent a great deal of time speaking with me regarding the dietary department. She is a wonderful assest to the team. Mike was a fantastic tour guide also. Great job everyone!
I attended a Chamber of Commerce breakfast this morning at the Laurel's. What a great facility! The staff was friendly and engaging, the atmosphere warm and inviting and the food was phenomenal! I'm very grateful for the opportunity to tour the facility and interact with the staff and guests.
