Our family cannot express enough gratitude for the care and dedication shown by the Laurels. My aunt spent 12 months here, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The activities are fantastic, keeping residents engaged and happy. Weekly bingo was always a highlight, and my family member absolutely loved it! It gave them something to look forward to and helped create a real sense of community among the residents. The staff is warm, caring, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everyone feels at home. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such good hands. We’re so thankful for the memories and care provided during their stay. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and lively place for their loved ones!

They have been such a blessing for our family! My dad stayed there for 12 months, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The activities they offer are outstanding! They were always the highlight of the week. The staff goes out of their way to create fun and engaging events that keep everyone entertained and connected. The care and attention provided by the staff are exceptional. It was clear they genuinely cared about the residents and treated them like family. Knowing my loved one was happy, active, and well-cared-for brought us so much comfort. I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s a warm and vibrant environment where residents truly thrive. The Laurels of Mt.Vernon is a Wonderful Facility, I have Family and friends there, The Staff is a Very Compassionate Group of people. They have taken extremely great care of my Love ones. One young woman deserves an Honorable Mention, This is Crystal Scarbury. She is truly committed to the residents and their needs and comfort.
The team at the Laurels of Mount Vernon are kind, generous, accountable, joyful and support the residents in memory care and their families. They are wonderful to deal with in every way everyday. They are responsive. They answer the phone live during business hours! They communicate. They notify us of any issues or concerns asap. Our family could not be happier with how our loved one is being taken care of.
I am currently a patient at the Laurels of Mount Vernon. I've been here since December, due to a leg injury. Emotionally it has been very hard, but Crystal Scarbury has been amazing. She is one of the aide's, she takes care of my physical needs and listens as I've cried over not being able to be home. Crystal is an amazing young lady.
