My Grammy had to come here for a couple weeks after being in the hospital. The people there were SO nice and she was very happy during her stay. Their caregivers were very nice and gave her great care,they always made sure she was comfortable and looked after while being there. The physical therapist was also wonderful and helped her get back on her feet. I swear she's so much better and stronger than how she was even before getting sick

Laurels of Massillon is the best facility around! Friendly staff, clean building, excellent food. They care for their residents and make sure their families are comfortable. Brice the administrator is so approachable! Definitely pick this facility if your loved one needs care.
I Absolutely LOVE The Laurels of Massillon. My husband has been there for about 2 years, and he is in great hands. The LORD blessed us with this facility, and I never have to worry on days that I can't get there. On those days, the staff helps him call me so I can talk to him. And my husband and I both LOVE the staff. From each department. They are wonderful, personable, friendly, and if you need anything, it's taken care of. My husband and I have always felt like family there, and the love that we get from everyone , it's easy to give the love back in return. Thank you LORD. And thank you everyone at The Laurels of Massillon. ❤️❤️❤️
I would like to specifically commend Tammy L, nurse manager on the long-term care side. She went above and beyond this week to help us identify a perplexing medical condition my 88 year old mother-in-law has been experiencing. Tammy strives to ensure patients in her care have the best possible quality of life.
Wanted to thank Bryce Powell the administrator who made us feel like we were his only patient. He was very honest and always punctual in getting back with us. Could not ask for a better administrator!!! Also thank you to Valerie the unit nurse and nurse Brandy--knew if you were handling things they would be taken care of. Sam in transportation--she is awesome! And to Jim what an aid---a jack of all trades-thank you!!!
