This is without a doubt the most wonderful facility. The facility is beautiful and immaculate. Everyone there are warm, friendly and caring. This applies to the administration, nurses, nurses assistants, house keeping, kitchen personnel, maintenance and a special shout out to all therapists (physical, speech and occupational). Our family is eternally grateful for the outstanding level of care that was provided and the unwavering support given to us during a very difficult and challenging period in our lives. My father was a patient at Lakes of Sylvania for a few weeks in February of 2025. We had the absolute best experience with their nurses, caregivers, and staff. They made sure he was comfortable and safe, while always keeping the family informed about what was happening with his care plan. He had been at another facility before going to Lakes of Sylvania that was dirty, with sub-par meals, and we consistently felt in the dark about his care plan. I would highly recommend Lakes of Sylvania for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-run facility. 5++ Stars!!
I can not say enough about the Lakes of Sylvania team. My dad was there for 4 different hospice respite stays. The compassion, Love, and care he was shown was beyond amazing. They got to know him and anticipated his wants and needs. They treated him with respect and dignity and I knew he would be well cared for. The nursing team, life enrichment team, therapy team, dietary team, and administration team are all top-notch. I would recommend the Lakes of Sylvania to anyone.
Thanks for the wonderful care I had while staying at the Lakes of Sylvania during my recent rehab after surgery. The staff were wonderful & most were very positive; food was wonderful, everything was very clean & atmosphere was positive. The rehab staff were exceptional in their approach to therapy & made it fun to be in the rehab room. All of the staff made a point of knowing everyone’s name, even the chef!! If I need rehab again, I will certainly consider the Lakes!!! Judy Niemeyer
Lakes of Sylvania is a great place to to live with helpful and available staff. The food is exceptional and I was actually sorry to leave after two months post surgery rehab. PT and OT are dedicated and fun. Do not hesitate to choose Lakes of Sylvania for the Villa's, Assisted Living or Health care.
