The staff is incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive, ensuring that residents feel comfortable and cared for. One of the things I love most is the location—being close to downtown makes it easy for family to visit and for residents to feel connected to the community. My grandmother has been living here and couldn’t be happier. She especially enjoys the bus rides, which give her a sense of adventure and independence. My Grandmother had received the best care, there along with much more. There is a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and attentive and caring staff. The activities are very engaging and a pretty well maintained facility. They are able to provide safety for my grandmother along with the other residents. My grandmother loves living here as she gets the help she needs as well as feeling independent!
Kensington has done a great job caring for my elderly mom who requires assisted living care. As mom has aged the team has worked with the family to address her growing needs and allow her to remain a resident of this facility. Staff provides transportation for her as needed for doctor appointments and insures her menu items are cut in smaller pieces to prevent any choking episodes. We are very pleased.
My wife has had many family members live here throughout the years, currently her grandmother. We recently visited and the facility was very clean, well-maintained, and decorated beautifully for the holidays. I had the opportunity to meet some of the staff and they were all so kind and seemed happy to be there. I am confident that our loved one is being well taken care of and she enjoys where she lives.
I've visited the Kensington on several times for some wonderful occasions! The residents seem generally happy and the staff were always so helpful. The Kensington is a lovely building with a great family feel.
