I visit The Ivy weekly and can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is so professional and attentive to the needs of their patients. Heather and Casey are absolutely amazing leaders for their team. I would absolutely recommend The Ivy to patients and families when looking for skilled facilities.

My mother was admitted to Ivy for rehab after she broke her hip in February. I’ve been very impressed with the level of care they’ve provided from the administration, nurses, CNA’s, therapists, social worker, and other support staff. It has a family atmosphere and is kept very clean as well! I feel confident knowing my mother is cared for when I can’t be there. I can’t say enough nice things about Ivy!
I love this place, after long and hard thought I had to find help for my brother. Heather was a huge help in making the decision to let him go for rehab. I have a history with Heather because she was a home health nurse for my dad, and I knew that she was someone I could trust and that nursing was not a job for her, it is her passion. Every single time I walk in this place every staff member I come across seems to be very happy and uplifting in what they are doing. This means a lot when you are leaving your loved one in someone’s care. I have not Regretted my decision to place him at the Ivy at all. If you are looking for a place that keeps the residence busy in all kinds of activities, and a place that you can trust your most prize possessions with ( your loved ones ) this is the place for you. I would also like to add that any facility is extremely lucky to have Heather on board. I cannot say enough about her and her passion for what she does, and for the comfort that it brings to people that they will never forget.
We were really worried about putting my mom in a "medicaid" facility, but the Ivy has turned out to be a Godsend. The management and staff here are way more competent, professional, kind and caring than the very expensive private pay facility she was in. The last facility she was in ended up being a nightmare, as the management and staff there seemed as if they had no clue how to deal with dementia and everything was about how much money they could squeeze out of you. The management at the Ivy has shown nothing but integrity and professionalism and have listened every time we've had a concern, but honestly there haven't been many. And the nurses and cna's have been incredible, treating my mom with care and respect, even when she has bad days. My mom tells me all the time that she feels safe and loved. Wouldn't hesitate to send any loved one there.
Had a client that was there for rehab.Great staff , family friendly environment .Activity Worker was great at her job .I never went there and the residents were engaged in some type of activity.! Clean ,..Every Nurse ,CNAs Kitchen staff and Housekeeper Physical Therapy Office staff ,you all are appreciated. 👏🏾Thank you all and I will miss you guys ❤️Carolyn
