Amazing residents that I will miss so very much as well as the families; beautiful facility. It is a very nice place to go and visit residents, just not a great place to work. There is a reason they are always hiring. The company is VERY strict. I was one of the best workers they had but was always nitpicked for every little I did. I was scared to do anything because everything I did was a problem. There are constantly mandatory meetings at inconvenient times (right smack in the middle of your day off) and constant threats of your attendance bonus being ripped away. This is because the company is very cheap, and the pay is low for the amount of work expected. Most importantly, the admin assistant is nefarious and the ultimate reason why I left; the rest was just icing on the cake. He is power hungry, petty, rude, lazy, and always wants to assert his dominance. He would write you up for just about anything then tell you it wasn't a write up yet forced you to sign it. I refused to sign and then put in my two weeks which was awful generous, and then I receive a letter in the mail saying I have to schedule an appointment to even enter the premises of the building . . . now I can't visit my residents because he is still out to get me even after I voluntarily resigned!!!!

The Inn at Poland Way is a beautiful facility and managed in such a way to make this home away from home a very desirable location for loved ones. Whether it’s assisted living or memory care, the Inn provides a very clean, well maintained facility, safety and security, delicious meals, very competent nursing staff and assistants who provide excellent, compassionate care.
