Father has been in independent living since 2011, very pleased with the experience. Mid Feburary he was hospitalize with flu and was sent to Mission Point (skilled nursing) for rehab. Not the best experience. March 14 he was moved to Copper Harbor (assisted living). This has been awesome. Very helpful staff, making sure he is up and dressed everyday. Therapy is available and he gets to the dining room for meals. Great experience.

My mother was in need of rehabilitation care at the beginning of March of 2023. They did an outstanding job with her rehab care at The Inn at Freedom Village. The activities team also did a great job-stopping by each day, more than once a day-to bring snacks, newspapers, daily activities, and just to talk with her. The nursing staff was exceptional-and helped with scheduling and transportation when my mom needed additional surgery.
The staff at Freedom Village is outstanding. Freedom Village holds their staff to a high standard and it is portrayed throughout the building. From staff at the Inn to HR from Housekeeping and Maintenance everyone is highly qualified and shows a great level of compassion and caring toward all residents. Keep up the good work!
We are so grateful for the care and compassion the nursing staff and management team show my parents who currently both live in Assisted Living. We are grateful they chose Freedom Village to spend their retirement years and are now blessed with the support of all the staff to care for them in their final years. My mother as well as my grand father received excellent care at The Inn at Freedom Village Holland. The food was fantastic, therapy excellent and the stay very pleasant. The new Private Rooms in Skilled Nursing are beautiful with flat screen TV's and private bathrooms, free wifi, ipads for patient use if desired. The caring staff and staffing ratios are most impressive. The entire community is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and the care is 5 star in my opinion! Thank you for all you do to provide a beautiful rehabilitation environment for our area seniors!
