My father was a resident at the Inn at Coal Ridge, I was very impressed with his care, the staff, and the facilities. My dad always said the food was excellent and the outings were fun! I believe he was well cared for by everyone there. I highly recommend this assisted living facility.

Understaff housekeeping department..they need like 6 or 7 cleaners minimum! They will walk your legs off from one end of the building to the next, not organized at all...low pay...
Staff is friendly, hardworking, compassionate. Although there are different departments everyone is willing to help each other. This facility feels more like a home. Activites department does an amazing job entertaining residents. Great place to live.
Despicable assisted living facility! If you care about your loved one, do NOT have them live here. They are short-staffed and unable to care for their residents like they should. The aides are tired and have low morale due to obviously being overworked. Managers seem fake. There are good assisted living facilities out there, but this is NOT one of them.
This coalridge team has taken very good care of my parents. I have seen great compassion and good humor from staff on all three shifts of aides and nurses, and the management is very helpful. We feel fortunate to have the Inn located here
