I toured this property a few days ago and am in love! The residents were so friendly and told me all about the fun they have. Ariann was the sweetest, as we toured she explained everything about the property and just made me feel so welcome. I can't wait to get my mother moved into this community!

Good morning I have been living here at Huntington at largo mar for 5 months and I am very happy.The maintenance team are very nice and professional. The building is kept up which makes me happy to live here.I love my apartment I have a lot of room so I don't feel boxed in. We have a one of the best managers Joanette McCray she very kind and caring for all of the residents Mrs McCay makes easy to call here home I am ready to resign my lease now because of her Mrs McCray goes above and beyond when it comes to doing her job I noticed her working on Saturday if you have any problem with the community she doesn't stop until the problem is fixed.I would recommend to anyone looking for a 55+ Apartment to give Huntington at largo Mar a try they will want to make this there next home. Mrs McCray is the reason I love living here.So let me take this time to congratulate her on doing outstanding job
Fantastic place to live, beautiful property with the best amenities. Very clean and well kept up, and very secured. Quite and tranquil lifestyle, wife and dogs love it here. Jessica is a great Manager, very friendly and , polite and patient. She works hard to take care of the property and needs of the residents.
This is a gorgeous 55+ community! The staff is incredibly welcoming and always helpful. Best of all, there's a real sense of community here. If you're looking for a beautiful, active, and comfortable place to call home, this is it!
10/4/22 Update: Going on 7 months living here and so very happy. Nice neighbors, friendly and prompt maintenance and staff. Any concerns I have had have been promptly addressed. I really enjoy getting home each day and just relaxing in our little slice of paradise. Original post: My Mom and I moved in on March 10, 2022. We moved from our house after the recent and unexpected loss of my Dad. The entire property is beautiful. Keytza is very friendly and is there to help with any questions or concerns you may have. The apartments have beautiful finishes and appliances. We are in the Cottonwood floor plan and is has nice size bedrooms and a very spacious living room/kitchen area. The apartment doesn't even feel like living in an apartment, it feels like a home. The pool is gorgeous, the fitness room is well equipped and the yoga room is a nice space to relax and meditate. The club room has a nice library, pool tables, TVs. There has already been 3 community events since we moved in, they have been during the day so neither of us have had a chance to attend but we look forward to when we can. Every neighbor we have met has been friendly and welcoming. My Mom and I have both mentioned how at peace we feel and how we think my Dad would be happy with our move to The Huntington several times since we moved in. All in all The Huntington at Lago Mar is an excellent place for independent, active adults 55 yrs old and up.
