I'm currently receiving outpatient therapy at The Heritage Center. I have been overjoyed with the progress I have made so far and I know they will continue to work toward my goals. Jason is an excellent therapist who listens and pushes me to be the best version of me. I'm very grateful for his constant support and guidance. The entire group have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend anyone needing outpatient therapy checking out the Heritage Center.

I'm ashamed it took me a while to leave this review. First I work at The Heritage Center and have for 34 years. I recently had a total knee replacement. Of course I opted to have my outpatient PT at The Heritage Center because I've seen how amazing our Therapy department does for the people in our community. The entire experience was excellent!! I had Jason Moore as my Physical Therapist and I was able to return to work 5 weeks to the day of having my surgery. ( Not typical at all) I will be forever grateful for the PT I received and since all of this my quality of life is so much better. So hats off to Heritage Center Therapy department & for my personalized plan of care!!
I have been a resident two different times at the Heritage Center and each time I was treated with the utmost respect. The staff, including CNA'S, Nurse's, Therapists and the office staff are wonderful. They are all friendly and treat everyone with kindness and respect. I hope I don't have to come back again for therapy, but if I ever do, there's no question that I will go to the Heritage Center.
I had out-patient physical therapy at Heritage Center after total hip replacement, then again for torn knee meniscus repair, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received. They were very professional, treated me with respect and kindness. My therapy was especially designed for my specific needs, rather than a ‘one size fits all’ program. In addition to getting therapy there, they gave me in-home exercises to do as well. Both times, my recovery was complete and successful and I was back to work within a few short weeks. There is much to appreciate about the staff, the individualized programs assigned specific to my needs, and the overall professionalism shown. I highly recommend Heritage Center for any rehab needs.
The staff at Heritage are incredibly kind and compassionate. They’re easy to work with and consistently go out of their way to accommodate the unique needs of each resident. It’s clear they genuinely care, which makes a world of difference for both patients and their families.
