The Heights of Gonzales facility was clean, and orderly. The Residents were clean, and looked well. Any time I had a question, any of the staff were upbeat and answered my concerns. They were professional and courteous. I felt my loved one was in a safe, good environment with knowledgeable staff.
The staff were very helpful to our large crowd. Our family member who is in residence looked well taken care of. The facility was clean and neat. And the security system was very good.
Seems like a nice place could desperately use a new roof.
This place is clean and the staff seemed genuinely helpful. Usually staff at places walk right by you and don't acknowledge your presence but this staff was very friendly. Nice!
