Stunning homes! I had the pleasure of meeting with Kathy Biron who told me all about the history of the Heathers, informed me of the many services offered and gave me a full tour! I love how homey it is! It does not feel institutional at all. The rooms are really spacious and the homes are spotless inside. I have been to several senior living homes and it is always my pet peeve when the architecture does not appear to meet the needs of the average resident. At the Heathers, you can tell they did their research and made each home fully accessible. The bathroom floors slope to prevent water build-up, from the showers, on the floors and the sinks are built to allow someone in a wheelchair to get close enough. The meals are all made from scratch and the residents can order whatever they'd like. I love how much they encourage the residents to make the Heathers their home and engage in things such as gardening, games, reading, walking outdoors, and more. The staff are all very friendly and inviting and I love seeing their social media posts highlighting all the fun activities and excursions the residents and staff participate in! The Heathers are really innovative in what they offer and really accomodate the "whole person." Thank you for a wonderful time, Kathy!

I had the pleasure of touring The Heathers and have to say that this is a lovely facility. No detail was left out when planning this beautiful facility! From the upscale, fully equipped kitchen to the warm community living space, this facility provides an inviting environment for their residents. I witnessed the staff being caring and attentive to the residents, as well. Kathy Biron was kind enough to tour me around the facility and explain the benefits of being a resident at The Heathers. I would highly recommend this facility!
Our Moms health declined quickly and we were looking for a close Memory care/Assisted living that would take her without interruption to her final day. The heathers was new and just opening there doors my Mom was welcomed with open arms. We were assured she could live out her days there. She spent 5 Months at the Heathers. Being the only resident at that time allowed us to visit with her in ways we couldn’t anywhere else or at home. She was treated with respect, every need was met including her eating crisis. We will always be grateful for the Heathers and their staff. Our story continues when one year later our Dad was unable to live at home any longer. There was no question in our minds, we called the Heathers and after working out some details we moved him in. It wasn’t an easy adjustment for him but the Heathers, his health team and family we worked through it and now he is very happy. The Staffing has grown and changed but the integrity and the vision has Remained the same. Dads been there for 2 years now and its home to us all. Chris Kahle and Jims family
The Heathers and their staff are outstanding. I can truly recommend this organization for long term and short term assisted living with the capacity to support hospice care. My mother had an extremely challenging year with a cancer diagnosis and prognosis that was not favorable. When it came time to provide care beyond my capabilities and the capability of the people around her, we sought after an assisted living facility. After hitting one barrier after another I finally stopped over at The Heathers. I was greeted promptly, walked around the facility by the head chef as I was a non scheduled visit but he was willing, I was then allowed a meeting and within a day had two people from their leadership team out to assess my mother at her temporary rehab facility. It was less than a week turnaround and mom had her home. It was so reassuring to have mom in a place that provided the care she both needed and deserved. The level of personalized care was unmatched to anything I’ve experienced before and it was the people that made the difference. Although mom did not have long, the people were touched by her and I can say that she was touched by them. When mom was going through the final stages of life, the level of care climaxed. All the way to adding staff so that Mom would not be in any discomfort for what would be her final night. The Heathers had a place in my heart and will be my first recommendation for my friends whenever their loved ones need an assisted living that has a home like feel and staff that truly care. Our father moved in this past June from another local Assisted Living facility. He's been improving/thriving since. The staff and caregivers are friendly, helpful and caring. The space is also set up in a way that is more like a home vs. an apartment with an emphasis on community! I've recommended The Heathers to friends.
