My mom lives there and is well taken care of. Staff are super with the residents. Patient, Kind, Caring. And there are lots of very nice activities. I want to say "THANK YOU" to everyone that takes care of my mom as well as everyone else that lives there.

One of the worst places to work. I don't know how it is today but when I worked there under Linda brown, 14 yrs ago, the staff was ridiculous. Half of them were drug users and would go out to their vehicles on break and do drugs. Then come back in and brag about what they had just done. If one of the employee's there who had been there a long time, didn't like you and went to Linda Brown and told her lies about you, she believed them and you got fired. The way the staff at the time treated patients made me sick to my stomach. No compassion what so ever. I sure hope none of the staff who worked there then, is there now! My grandma was in there when I worked there, and on the days I wasn't working, she said aides ignored her. On top of that, one time when I was off, my mom got a call saying my grandma passed away, after calling like 4 or 5 times and talking to different people each time, we end up finding that she didn't pass away. And this was on my birthday too of all days! Communication seems to be an issue between employee's! I hope this place has changed since I worked there but seeing the reviews it sure don't look like it. I'd choose another nursing home for your loved ones!
Our mom has been at the funeral home 6 days waiting on cremation and they have not signed a death certificate yet! I have turned them in to Board of Health. This is the worst place ever. Dirty as hell rude staff and very disorganized. Did not even notify us when my husband's mother passed. Told the coroner she had no family. And have multiple photos of her with bruises on her arms.
I brought my Mother in law to The Grove @ Harmony for Rehab, then she stayed for Long Term Care as she was very happy and adjusted well. She enjoyed the activities and being social with others. They always remembered she loved Hershey bars. They provided excellent care!!!
Staff personnel are great! They care about their patients! This review reflects management, specifically, billing. They have been over billing my mother-in-law's stay since day one. They keep sending us a monthly bill with an astronomical amount that is absolutely incorrect! We've tried countless times to get this corrected, to no avail. The lady handled this knew there was a billing problem and was trying to get it corrected, but quit in frustration over management before she could get it right. Then Dan came along and didn't care. Our attorney has tried to resolve this, but no one from management responded. We know the accurate amount. It's not difficult to figure out. When they do their job and get us the correct final amount, they'll get paid. I know what they did. They failed to bill medicaid retroactive. Don't go here because management is terrible! If you have no choice, KEEP ACCURATE RECORDS!!
