I would like to share my experience with the Greens of Viewmont. Working in Healthcare you see and various facilities hospitals included, but the generous warmth is like no other there. The staff does a great job with the residents and very welcoming to families on a consistent basis. Lisa Tapia, the Social Worker does a great job in communicating to families what each resident needs, and keeps an open line of communication with healthcare resources, she’s a pleasure to work with. Nina king does a wonderful job keeping the residents engaged daily. Great place to be!!
This place does not even deserve the one star I gave it. This place is not livable. These elderly people deserve so much more. My dad was not given a bath for 14 days. There is no excuse for that kind of laziness. He also got a bed sore and a pressure sore on his heel from not being moved!!! Do not send your loved ones here!!!!!
I met with the Director of Nursing, Caron Tucker, the Social Worker, Lisa Tapia and a handful of nursing staff. I could tell by their questions and discussions that this team truly cares for their residents and wants to help them get better and get back to their normal lives.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff is at The Greens. Particularly, Lisa, the social worker and Caron, the Director of Nursing. These folks love their patients!
