Wonderful place! Our Mom is very happy here and well taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents get the most out of their daily lives. From Karen at the first desk who is so friendly, to Lynn and Emily in the office who are truly caring, to Shelly’s great bedside manner who works as one of the nurses, to the chef and staff who prepare really good food, Lydia the activity director and all of the other staff who work hard helping residents enjoy their time. The Grande at Chesterfield deserves multiple 5 Star reviews. I am a Co-owner of Pear Tree Home Care. We at Pear Tree Home Care provide 1-on-1 assistance to many seniors at many different Senior Living Communities. We also provide 1-on-1 care for many seniors that are living in their own home(s). Our goal at Pear Tree Home Care is to help our clients stay in the home they love. However, when our clients are no longer able to reside in their own home(s), we advise said clients to explore alternative living solutions. I can confidently tell you that you will not find a better Senior Living Community for your loved one(s) outside of The Grande in Chesterfield. Both Lynn, the Executive Director, and Karen provide unmatched quality of care. I pride myself on transparency. I can tell you that I have a lot of first-hand experience regarding the challenges and hardships that families face when trying to find quality care for their loved ones. We at Pear Tree Home Care also encourage all current and prospective clients to explore all of their options. With that being said, I can confidently tell you that you will not find a better place for your loved one(s) outside of The Grande. The Grande is a beautiful community. We moved my mom in recently and she is just loving it. She even likes the food! We researched 5 different facilities and we felt this was by far the best. We have worked with Karen and Lynn and they have both been wonderful.
I want to thank Jeff for answering my wife's questions and putting our minds at ease. We are faced with some tough decisions In the upcoming months and after speaking with Jeff and Lynn we feel more comfortable with our path moving forward. We have been reluctant to start this process but have been pushed to do so with my father-in-laws recent health scare. This is the first community we've visited and to say were we impressed is an understatement. The staff we met were kind, courteous and met us with a warm smile. I want to thank you all for giving us a great place to start as we embark on our next steps. You are shining!
Everybody has been so helpful. Lynn the Executive director has been so responsive and Karen and Ceecee at the front desk always smiling and encouraging. And Shelly so concern for the well being of our family member. Thank you!
