They treated my mom really well. Avi, Rona, Lovely, Daisy and Kirk were unbelievably caring and attentive. Almost all of the staff made our family feel welcome and at home. My mom really enjoyed the activities provided from arts/crafts, spa days, themed events and movie nights. There was always something to do. The physical therapy team was extremely helpful and took the time to really make sure my mom was making genuine progress after her back surgery. Shout out Debbie ❤

I want to share my dad stay at the Grand Pavilion. Nice clean and vey compassionate workers, some more than others.I want to give a special thanks to the PT and OT WORKER. Nurses Aid Maria and Tez. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle the second floor social worker. She is an AMAZING person with a Beautiful heart. She takes her time with the patient and family. very prompt and loves what she do. You can definitely count on her i so many ways. I give her a 10 all around. Thank You so much for all your help. I appreciate all you guys.
Recently, my mother spent 5 weeks at Grand Pavillon for rehabilitation after a fall. The staff was friendly and attentive to her needs. My mother enjoys engaging in activities, and they offered various programs throughout the day for the residents to participate in and enjoy. Emily and Debby, the physical therapists, were excellent and created a program that greatly improved my mother's mobility. I can confidently say that she was well-fed, with delicious meals provided daily. I felt reassured that my mother was well taken care of, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or unsafe leaving her there.
I recently spent 2 mo.s here,unfortunately for me I've been to 5 different rehabs in the past on l.island and this place is as good if not better than all of them they have amenities that none of the other facilities offer,but most important to me was the p/t and their rehab room as well as their physical and occupational therapists were top notch,excellent!!! I had Farah and Jessica absolutely amazing as I'm sure they all are and as far as my c.n.a (room aides) go they were awesome and always pleasant and I would be remissed if I didn't mention the sanitation of my room by Derrick was kept immaculate I'm home 2 weeks and I still miss everyone there it's almost like you're happy to be injured not quite but that's how good I was treated !!!! God bless the staff
I’m very thankful for this caring facility who has compassionate employees such as Social Worker Machelle Miller, and Director Yiddy who supervises an amazing professional staff. My friend is better off because and doing well because of The Grand Pavilion Facility
