Management never answers their phones! Lack of diversity in leadership! They have multiple properties all in Nebraska, Florida, Arizona and Minnesota and yet some properties are managed properly and professionally while others (apartments with mostly non white counterparts are living in) are left to have chipped paint just left on sidewalks and minimal effort put in to care of the property. Please address Courtney’s inability to have productive dialogue with folks of diverse backgrounds and lacking to foster a welcoming space at one of your properties as it impacts individuals, communities, and overall perception and performance of your property

We have lived in the Lakes in Stillwater for three and a half years . We love our duplex unit. As renters we have little say in the operations of the property. However maintenance of our Birchwood Landings landscape maintenance is very poor. Dead grass due to poor irrigation, and snow plowing. Dead trees, weeds etc. this is suppose to be a first class community , but is far from that.
I have lived at Windsor south for 3 years the management is terrible here they do not respond to the resident and there needs but when they see a opening to charge you they will .
I applied to the Bradley house apartments with the deposit down on April 23rd 2022. I had to continue to call them regarding the status of my application the only reason I got through to someone at the Bradley house apartments is because my mother is a tenant and called suzanna herself. They stated I was denied on May 4th I let them know I’ll be at the office to pickup up the money order that I had for the deposit. When arriving to the office they stated that I Got denied on May 4th and that a check will be sent out. I called Bradley house apartments on May 12th 2022 to check the status of the check being mailed. They stated the check has not been mailed and still processing with the Goodman group. I called lee the regional manager. I didn’t receive a call back or anything after leaving a message. It’s sad that you guys will do this to someone that’s trying to move. It’s going to be two weeks and I have not received my deposit back!
Tenant at one of the properties owned by this company - The property manager(s) are almost never in the office and take 1-3 days to respond to a voice mail and never answer the phone. The corporate office receptionist always directs me to 2 people who also never answer their phone and also take 1-3 days to respond to a voice mail. I've never had such a hard time getting a hold of someone to talk to for on-prem needs for maintenance, leasing questions, and just overall resolution to issues at a property. I've never had a winter where the boiler wasn't shut off for weeks at a time for "emergency repairs" - though small, portable, electric heaters were distributed, there was no discount on rent and no reimbursement for the electricity that those units used. The washer on our floor was out of commission for 4 weeks in the summer waiting for a "part" to show up that was really just sitting on a shelf or at the office somewhere. No reimbursement for that either. People below the particular unit I'm in are cooking something that just assaults the sense of smell and causes headaches, nausea, and diarrhea despite using an air purifier at full blast(just comes up through the floor and soaks into the entire apartment area - including hallways, stairwells, etc...). For spending over $1300 in rent every month, I expected much better service and to have people actually answering the phones when they ring. Avoid any properties owned by this company at all costs.
