Awhile back we thought it might be time to consider an alternative to home ownership and placed our deposit w/ The Glen and got in the queue for the possible transition to Life Plan living. Since then we have attended many information meetings and had several chats w/ staff. All have been professional and friendly and provided all the info we needed to make an intelligent, informed decision w/o any pressure whatsoever. We are especially grateful for Denise and her guidance in unit selection. Everything that has transpired to date assures us that a move to The Glen at Heather Farm is the right move. My husband and I are grateful to all the staff of The Glen at Heather Farm for making our experience of finding a community that will fulfill our needs as we age. From the moment we gave our pre-construction deposit to the present, the staff has been extremely friendly and informative. We are excited about all the opportunities that will be offered to us and are looking forward to the day we will be able to move into The Glen at Heather Farm, which cannot come soon enough.
The Glen at Heather Farm organization and parent company Spieker Properties have presented a compelling opportunity for seniors in our area. From the beginning they have been candid and equitable. The staff is professional, courteous, and prioritizes future residents' interests. All deposits are refundable up to the date of occupancy. The amenities are of high quality, and the management's experience suggests that the offering is likely to meet its commitments. I would encourage seniors interested in Continuing Care Communities to review the offering.

My husband and I heard about the Glenn from our friends many years ago. It’s seem perfect for us as we had brought her children up in the East Bay and our son lived in Montclair, which is very close to Walnut Creek. I will always remember our deposit number of 296 we have attended many meetings, received bulletins and emails over the past few months All were extremely helpful and informative. The wonderful staff at the Glen kept us right up-to-date with every step that was going on We we have had our final meeting with Tracy and was so excited to get the unit that we wanted She has been wonderful as have all the Glen Staff. The Glen offers all that we could desire and the monthly fee Includes everything that we would need and we are so excited to never have to pay another mortgage or write another check. Thank you.
