201 Sunset Dr N, Casselberry, FL 32707, United States
I had my mom in this facility for 5 months. In those 5 months I have lost ALOT of money buying her clothing and shoes because the laundry there in sooooo unorganized. Anytime I wanted to take mom out to lunch I had to come with new shoes and new clothing. She was shaking really bad one day I went to visit and rushed her to the hospital where the dr found she was very dehydrated, her sugar levels were through the roof and rash throughout her entire body. The Director “fixed” the dehydration issue in the facility but not my moms issues. I was not able to give 30 day notice to move out because the hospital would not discharge her back to facility in the condition she came in. Which leaves me to fight for her money back and getting no response after 3 emails and 2 voicemails. I would be careful with placing your loved ones in this facility. The weekends are the worst. The smell is horrendous and they dont change the residents pampers as needed. I told the nurse director and her response is “they are being lazy.”

Every time I visit The Gardens at Eastbrooke I am greeted warmly and feel welcomed. The staff always has a smile on their face and are willing to help. They are engaged with the residents and tending to their needs. Most times I see the residents enjoying an activity or eating a delicious meal when visiting! Courtney is a gem and is very knowledgeable about the community. It is evident they all care about their residents, families and community! I’m always happy to refer to The Gardens at Eastbrooke.
We placed my stepdad in this facility from NJ, and we couldn't have made a better decision. The staff loved and cared for him like he was family. Even though his Alzheimer was pretty advanced he recognized Eastbrooke as his home. He walked day and night and the staff referred to him as "Papa". He was always getting into everything...kept everyone busy. He unfortunately passed away after being at Eastbrooke for almost 14 months and again the support we received from the entire staff was unbelievable. We truly appreciate the care they provided to him and to us.
The Gardens of Eastbrooke has the most amazing facilities and leadership teams. They cater to the needs of not only the residents but make sure families are kept up to date. It is such a big decision to transition into senior living, but you can be assured they have incredibly high standards for care, as well as great programs for those with memory issues. Executives are out of their offices and interacting with residents and care providers. Such a beautiful setting, beautiful staff. A special thank you to Courtney Willoughby for the special attention she gave to me and my family to help us find the perfect place for Mom!
I must say that Eastbrooke Gardens is a wonderful community. I love performing and interacting with the residents!! One of my favorite places to sing at- residents sing and dance- clap- laugh- which is an indication of the true care and love they receive from the awesome staff because they are happy!! I have referred many families to the community. Keep doing the right thing Eastbrooke. Gardens for our seniors and community!!❤️❤️
