If anyone is considering sending their loved one to this facility, please don’t. My mother was a resident that went to this facility for physical rehab. During her time there she was severely neglected by the staff, which led to her developing sepsis and being rushed to the hospital, even then, the staff did not want to call 911 and try to discourage us by telling us it’s going to cost the family a lot of money. Once we insisted and had an ambulance transfer my mom to the hospital she was placed in ICU and the doctors there were in shock that a facility let her develop such severe wounds and the lack of care she was subjected to.

Recently a family member has been a resident at The Gardens at Stroud and i was impressed by the exceptional level of service provided to the residents. Every time I went for a visit the staff greeted me warmly and showed genuine compassion for the residents. The impeccable cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere the staff creates shows they truly care and are engaged toward compassionate care. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking care for their loved ones.
I would absolutely recommend The Gardens at Stroud to anyone looking to rehabilitate a loved one. They had my Mom rehabilitated and back on the casino floor, in just a few short weeks… she doesn’t need her scooter anymore! The staff was so kind, and always smiling. A team of professionals. Certainly brought peace knowing it’s conveniently located just across the street from Lehigh Valley Hospital- . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best facility in the area! Hard-working staff really treat the residents well Therapy is top notch
Over the years I’ve had relatives at several different local nursing homes and was never terribly comfortable visiting. It’s been a better experience at the gardens at stroud. It helps that it looks and smells clean but the staff is what makes the difference, they’re refreshingly friendly and very professional.
